This Warranty protects you against Mechanical Breakdown, as defined above of those items listed below. Please note that parts not listed are specifically excluded. 

Air Conditioning: Evaporator, Internal Failure of the Compressor, Reservoir, Vacuum pump.

Alternator: Armature, Bearings and Bushes, Commutator and Brushes, Shafts, Voltage Regulator.

Automatic Transmission: Bearings and Bushes, Brake Bands, Clutches, Drive Plate, Gears, Internal Shafts, Oil Pump, Pinion Carrier, Reverse Sun Gear, Sun Gear, Unidirectional Clutch, Valve Block. Excluding External linkages, Adjustments, Electrics and Electronic Control Unit.

Braking System: A.B.S. Units (Up to 70,000 Miles), A.B.S. Sensors, Brake Callipers including Seals and Pistons, Brake Limiter Valve, Master Cylinder, Servo Unit, Vacuum Pump, Wheel Cylinders. Excluding A.B.S. Electronic Control Unit and seized Callipers.

Bearings: Failure of the Front and Rear Wheel Bearings where mechanical breakdown has occurred, causing sudden stoppage of their function.

Casings: Casings are covered only if they have been damaged by any of the listed components.

Clutch: Clutch Disc, Clutch Fork and Pivot, Master cylinder, Oil Contamination (Clutch Disc Only), Pressure Plate, Release Bearings, Slave Cylinder, Thrust Bearing, Excluding External linkages, Burnt out parts due to incorrect adjustment, misuse and / or general wear & tear.
Limited to one clutch repair during the warranty period.

Continuously Variable (CTX) Transmission: Bushes and Bearings, Internal Clutches, Internal Seals, Planetary Gears, Reduction Gears, Shafts, Thrust Link Drives, Variable Pulleys.

Cooling System: Heater matrix, Oil Cooler, Radiator (excluding external damage), Thermostat and Head Gasket, Thermostat Housing, Viscous Fan Unit (excluding Blades), Water pump, Water Valve. Excluding all parts and damage caused by overheating, frost, or as a result of lack of anti-freeze.

Differential: Bearings and Bushes, Crown Wheel and Pinion, Gears, Planet Carriers, Planet Gears, Shafts, Thrust Washers.

Drive Shafts: Constant Velocity Joints and Couplings, Drive Flanges, Front and Rear Wheel External Drive Shafts, Half Shafts, Universal Joints.
Excluding Rubber Boots.

Electrics: Aerial Motor, Coils, Dual Coils (Up to 40,000 Miles), Cooling Fan Motor, Distributor, Door Mirror Motors, Electric Sunroof Motor, Electric Window Motor and Regulator, Electronic Ignition Amplifier. Factory Fitted Central Locking (Motors, Relays and Solenoids only). Headlamp Wiper Motor. Headlight Lift Motor;. Heated Front & Rear Screen Elements (excluding accidental damage). Heater Fan Motor. Horn. Indicator Unit. Modules, Relays and Switches (excluding Water Ingress). Wiper Motor (Front and Rear). Washer Motor.

Engine: All Internal Bushings, Big End Bearings, Chains, Con Rods, Crankshafts, Camshaft, Cam Followers, Cylinder Bores, Cylinder Head (not cracks, de-coking or skimming), Distributor Drive, Exhaust Valves (excluding burnt and sticking valves), Flywheel, Gudgeon Pins, Inlet Valves, Main Bearings; Oil Pump; Pistons and Rings, Pushrods, Rocker Shafts, Small End Bearings, Starter Ring Gear, Tappet Gear, Timing Gear, Valve Springs, Valve Collets, Valve Guides. Excluding Lubricants and Filter Elements.

Four Wheel Drive: Transfer Box and all internal components listed under Gearbox.

Fuel System: Airflow Meter, Automatic Choke, Auxiliary Air Regulator, Carburettor, Cold Start Valve, Deceleration Valve, D.I.S. Unit and Controls, Fuel Accumulator, Fuel Distributor, Fuel Pump and Injector Pump, Gauge and Fuel Injection Systems & Injectors (excluding Pipes and Linkages), Idle Control Valve, Jets, Map Sensor, Needles, Over-Run Cut Off Valve, Pressure Damper, Pressure Regulator, Tank Sender Unit; Throttle Body Housing, Throttle Potentiometer, Timing Valve, Valves and Floats.

Gearbox: Bearings and Bushes, Gaskets and Seals, Internal Gears, Input Shaft, Layshaft, Mainshaft, Reverse Idler Gear, Reverse Idler Shaft, Synchromesh Hubs, Selectors, Shafts, Selector Shafts and Selector Forks.
Excluding External Linkages and Gear Lever.

Locks: Door and Boot Locks. Excluding accidental damage. 

Overdrive: Bearings and Bushes, Gears and Shafts. Excluding External linkages, Adjustments and Electrics.

Propshaft: Propshaft including Universal Joints and Bearings.

Starter Motor: Armature, Bearings and Bushes, Commutator and Brushes, Pinion Gear and Driveshaft, Solenoid.

Steering: Idler Box, Power Steering Unit, Pump and Pressure Pipes, Rack and Pinion (not Gaitors), Reservoir, Steering box, Steering Wheel and Column lock. Excluding Power Steering Belts, External Links and Joints, Rubber Boots & Swivel Pins.

Suspension: Coil Springs, Hydropnuematic Suspension Units (excluding Pipes), Leaf Springs, Self Levelling Reservoir, Pump and Regulator Valve, Suspension Arms, Upper & Lower Wishbones.

Torque Converter: Blades, Casings, Impellor, Master Splines and Drive.
